FINAL RESULTS

After an intense 6-month challenge and over 120 ideas, the hybrid final of the FREE FROM PLASTIC Challenge took place on September 25, 2023 in Paris. The 5 finalists gave their all during their 10-minute pitch, which was followed by a 10-minute Q&A session from the judges.

The Lucky Cup is a reusable and 100% bio-based coffee cup made with locally-sourced spent coffee grounds. Our developed coffee material is water-resistant and suitable for other catering related products.

2^nd

Notpla seaweed-coated packaging is made to replace traditional, plastic-lined packaging. They have the same grease and water-resistant qualities and are perfect for both hot and cold foods. They are 100% bio-based, recyclable and home compostable.

Recycling agricultural waste and rice harvest residues into sustainable disposable tableware.
